Dawne helped us sell our Gainesville home from a far. We are located in the Tampa area and coordinated everything with her via phone and emails. Not only is her communication on point, she went above and beyond in all aspects of the transaction. From the initial prepping of the home for sale, which needed some minor things, she had her team of professionals already in mind to help. She scheduled and coordinated them to do the work, and she herself also helped to beautify the home inside and out to prepare for showings. Upon the listing going live, she did extra marketing outside of just posting it on the MLS for sale and waiting. This showed us her additional expertise to get the home sold. While the market was a tough one during our listing, she stayed on top of all prospects who saw the home, following up with other agents and potential buyers, did ongoing marketing and held multiple open houses.
