Dave did a very thorough market research before we put our home on the market to sell. We felt very comfortable that he would put our interests first and made very good suggestions to help us through the selling process. We also went through quite a few homes with Dave. He was very knowledgeable in looking at the construction of the homes and many details that most miss when going through them. Dave lets you know in different ways that he is there for your best interest and looks for what he realizes you want in a new home.

We hired Dave to be our realtor in the Spring of 2014. He really was very helpful in buying process. He gave us the pros and cons of each place we looked at as well as neighborhood information. We were unsure whether we wanted a condo or house and Dave was more than patient with us as we looked at both options. He had our best interests in mind and wasn't looking for a quick sale/buck.
