First of all, Dave has been a friend of mine for a long time. He is a kind, honest person who is easy to talk to and considerate of others. That being said, he was the first that I went to when looking for a different house in the Grand Rapids area. Being from the Grand Rapids area, he knows the area well (areas that are historically sound and have the potential to improve in value).
