Dave was fantastic to work with. I was living in Georgia and my husband was transferred to Michigan. Dave would show my husband homes while I was on FaceTime with them walking through the house. Dave also worked with construction so he would show items that may be of importance to or should be checked out along with giving us information on the heating, air conditioning and any other units in the house. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, pro-active, personable and responsive. Dave worked with us from the showings through the closing and provided additional info such as Michigan utility companies, insurance, etc... We truly enjoyed working with Dave and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

We have used David twice, once to buy and once to sell. When we decided to sell, David was our first and only choice. First off, let us say that David goes above and beyond what we ever expected in a realtor- he helps to come up with solutions to any problems, but is also known to go to stores or contact contractors for you. David makes sure to check in with you after your work with him has ended to be sure you’re happy with his work. David is a class act and we are sad to have moved away from the area he works in.
