Dave was great! We had a real back-and-forth with a crazy seller, but Dave was very professional, letting me know what's going on and what my options were all long the way. I would use Dave again and I highly recommend him.
From the first time meeting with Dave we could tell that working with him was going to be a great experience. He is honest, polite, and understanding of our needs. There are two things that Dave did for us that really stand out. First, he took the time to get to know what our wants and needs were . Second, he always kept our best interests in mind. We would not have found our current home if it was not for Dave. He saw this listing, emailed to it us at 9pm at night and by the next morning we were going through it and making an offer. He was always keeping us informed every step of the way. We sold and bought with Dave and it was a seamless transition. Dave is a very hard worker and it shows.

David came highly recommended to my boyfriend and I after a not so great experience with another realtor. We closed on our house mid May with the all of help David was able to offer us. Being first time home buyers we didn't know the process, we didn't know what to look for in a house other than surface appearance, and we had no idea how to go about the insane bidding wars going on. From the very first house we looked at, David walked us through the entire process as if we were putting in an offer. This made putting in our real offers feel so comfortable because we understood the process start to finish. We appreciated his honest comments on both the positives and potential negatives each house offered. David has a true gift of really listening to what we wanted as a couple and sending us houses that met out wants/needs as soon as he saw them on the market. The process of buying a home was made much easier with the help of Dave. Once my fiancé and I gave him the style and general area we were looking in for a house, he was helpful in sending us any and every home he thought we would be interested in. It was obvious that Dave has done his research over time and has a great wealth of knowledge and information. He is very detail oriented and can point out positive and negative things in a house. He was able to spot possible red flags that an inspector would find because he has dedicated time to researching and observing inspections in the past. A lot of those details can be easily overlooked while getting caught up in walking through homes, especially to new home buyers like us. I do not think he would have let us purchase a house if he wouldn’t be comfortable having his own children or family member live there. When we asked of his opinion he was honest and straight forward but remained unbiased because he did not want to pressure us into a decision.
