We closed on our house mid May with the all of help David was able to offer us. Being first time home buyers we didn't know the process, we didn't know what to look for in a house other than surface appearance, and we had no idea how to go about the insane bidding wars going on. From the very first house we looked at, David walked us through the entire process as if we were putting in an offer. This made putting in our real offers feel so comfortable because we understood the process start to finish. We appreciated his honest comments on both the positives and potential negatives each house offered. David has a true gift of really listening to what we wanted as a couple and sending us houses that met out wants/needs as soon as he saw them on the market.
