David Van Dam was a great realtor. We learned so many things about homebuying from him. Everything from plumbing in the house to roof issues that would be bad in a couple years. He also is looking out for our best interest. Majority of the house that we checked out it was ultimately him saying that we should pass on the house. He’s not trying to make a buck on any house. He was looking out for our best interest for the long term

We had the pleasure of working with David as both our buyers agent and sellers agent, in late 2020....through the pandemic and unique requirements around showings. We were incredibly impressed with his communication style and prompt replies. In both cases, he exceeded all of our expectations. He took the time to ensure we were educated about the process and were never surprised. As the listing agent on our home (which we had lived in for 12 years), he developed a detailed recommendation around the pricing strategy and how to prepared the home for sale. Even when we were prohibited, by government orders, from having an open house, his strategy still yielded multiple showings and an accepted offer within 4 days. The inspection and appraisal process went as expected and the appraiser even called David to complement the pricing strategy packet David left commenting that his assessment was spot on. We highly recommend any buyer or seller to work with David.
