Dave was wonderful! He listened to what we were looking for and took the time to ask questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. He was available at all times for questions and concerns. He was with us from the beginning of the process to the end. He went through the house with us initially and pointed out the good things as well as some things we should have checked. He was present at the inspection and asked the inspector good questions. He even crawled up in the attic with him. He made the entire process so easy for us. We plan to use him again when we buy or sell.
