We were very pleased with the service we received! Communication was great! Durvan did his very best to let us know what was going on what we could fix and how we could get more showing. We had an issue with one of he buyers because there was a law suit going on with the Ranches and we didn't think we would be able to sell the condo, but Durvan was able to do a different loan and was very quick about it and we were able to get it sold very quickly.
