The hardest part about working with Dave was cleaning our house and moving. He and his team handled everything else perfectly. I'm really impressed with how easy and fast the process was.
Dave told me what I would need to do to sell my home, I followed his advise and it sold quickly for more than we were asking. More specifically , when he came over to meet with me for the first time he made recommendations on how to prepare and stage my home. I worked hard and nonstop for several days to get it ready per his recommendations. Once listed I received an offer in 4 days. Dave negotiated above our asking price. I'm very pleased with the way he and his team worked with me through the whole process and I've recommended my mother contact him when she sells her home in the near future.
