My husband and I are very appreciative of the patients we were given in the search for our home, and it took quite a while! We were guided through the process and informed on what was needed from us, along with the next steps. Communication was never an issue. Along with a reliable realtor, the company supplies a moving truck for free when you are ready to move in!

Dave was very knowledgeable about the area our house was in which helped us pick a good price to sell our house at. Super easy to get along with and did a fantastic job. If you ever had a question and he wasn't available for some reason, he always had someone who could help us out. My favorite part was being able to use their app to help book and keep track of showings! It was so easy to use! Especially with loud crazy kids it was nice not having to answer my phone all the time for appointments.
I loved working with Dave. We had 15 showings in a few days and Dave had us use an app to know when people were coming, accepting appointments, and we even got feedback on the app from what people thought about our house. We sold our house quick and it was very simple. Plus we were able to borrow Dave's moving truck for free!

This would be our third time with Utah Dave. pretty pleased with how things turned out for us. They are not pushy but do highlight all the timelines and recommend where we need to act fast and pros/cons etc. Also their knowledge on this process is pretty intensive ---have recommended lenders, all post closing procedures for us , moving truck etc.
Very good service, with an easy and quick transaction. We went from seeing the house and making an offer the same day, to all moved in within about a month. Allowed for us to use their company moving trucks during our move.
Love GoBe Realty and the staff there. They helped me and guided me through the whole home buying process, from starting to look at home to the buying process and through helping me get my utilities set up. The staff was always professional and was always there to help me and get a quick response to my many many questions. Jeanette Smith was my realtor and she was the best. She was great in working with the seller and my lender to getting me the best deal and keep my closing on time. I couldn't of done this whole thing without her. I would recommend them to everyone.
