Utah Dave and his team are amazing! They helped me evaluate the value of my home in Lehi, UT so I knew the perfect time to put it up for sale on the market. It was Under Contract faster than we thought possible and for more money than we expected. We had a scare 2 weeks before closing and Utah Dave was able to guide us through the process and keep our buyers through to closing. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were protected during the process. Their app made it easy to schedule showings on the home and we stayed informed every step of the way. We contacted Dave's team based on a recommendation from our former neighbors. They said it was the only way to go. She lavished praise for selling her house in 9 days. We decided to put our house on the market after moving out, and since we moved to a different state, things could have been complicated. However, Dave's team took care of everything, stayed in touch by email and phone through the entire process and we had a signed offer on day 3!!! Based on my experience, I'd say if you are selling a house in daybreak and aren't using Dave and his team, you are making a big mistake.
