Darren Marvin was remarkable in judgement and organizational skills as my broker. She guided the marketing decisions that made a significant difference in selling the house the very first weekend of showing. She directed the preparation of the house, staging and coordinated with the various trade workers in preparation details. In the midst of the sale efforts I was unexpectedly hospitalized yet I was able to confidently rely upon Darren to solve the deadlines and logistics involved. Her market analysis was on target and she vetted the multiple offers very astutely She fully understands not only the competition but also how to best time the sale of the house for optimal results. There was to her credit no stress involved as Darren kept on top of everything and managed the deadlines details and negotiations flawlessly. It was beyond impressive how Darren was always available and such a proactive communicator. She worked effectively collaborated with my real estate atty in coordinating all matters to finalize the deal. When there was any suprise issue to solve she had the focus to address with ease. I believe without Darren's help we would have made costly mistakes and the house sale would have been much slower and significantly difficult. She never faltered to help with the daunting details. We noticed Ms. Marvin to be superbly talented in her decision making and consistently proactive in all her communications. What a wonderful experience working with Daren. It started the Summer of 2023 when we entered the Sotheby's office looking for a rental for the summer of 2024. We spent the nicest time chatting and getting to know one another. Little did I know she was really paying attention to everything my husband and I said in terms of our desires in a second home in Falmouth, Ma. It turned out that Daren didn't do rentals and she gave our name and info to another agent for a 2024 rental. We were connected with Daren by chance while stopping by an open house while visiting the Cape. We were living all the way out in Colorado so we were very up in the air about things. Regardless, Daren was quick and efficient in setting us up in the MLS, having detailed conversations with us to see what it was that we desired in a home and understanding our situation better, and mailing us lots of resources that we could look over since we were out of state.
