We were paired with Dane through Zillow, and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge, skill, and positive attitude. I have worked with other excellent agents in the past, so my expectations were high. I was thoroughly impressed with her every step of the way. This was not my first home purchase, so I thought I had a good handle of the process, but I ended up learning a lot from Dane. Without Dane’s expertise, I do not think we would have closed this deal. She was creative in working up our offer, and that was key to our offer being selected by the seller. Dane was very responsive, hands on, and friendly throughout the process. After closing, the sellers agent even mentioned to me that Dane was one of the best he’s worked with- this speaks to Dane’s ability to be aggressive while remaining tactful and friendly.

I am so glad that I worked with Dane and would do it again if/when I buy my next property in Colorado. She was the only agent who reached out to me and gave me so much information during our initial phone call. She was great at explaining everything and ensured that I felt confident with every decision that I made. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She is extremely responsive.

Dane worked with me trying to find the right house in a crazy market. She screened my requirements with houses in areas that would meet my family's needs. She worked with the seller's agent, and mortgage agency so that I got the best financial benefit that I could get. She was professional, not pushy, but firm with my best interest.

Dane is an awesome person to work with. We were so impressed with the way she worked with a family friend and another family members household, we called her when we decided we need to buy instead of rent. Her ability to help narrow down the selection to meet our specific needs was outstanding. Would defiantly call her again if we find ourselves looking for another home.

Dane, knows the Denver territory and she was trustworthy. We never felt like she was pushing us to just complete a purchase. We loved her thoroughness, patience, skilled property eye, communication between all parties.
