I have worked with other excellent agents in the past, so my expectations were high. I was thoroughly impressed with her every step of the way. This was not my first home purchase, so I thought I had a good handle of the process, but I ended up learning a lot from Dane. Without Dane’s expertise, I do not think we would have closed this deal. She was creative in working up our offer, and that was key to our offer being selected by the seller. Dane was very responsive, hands on, and friendly throughout the process. After closing, the sellers agent even mentioned to me that Dane was one of the best he’s worked with- this speaks to Dane’s ability to be aggressive while remaining tactful and friendly.

She worked with the seller's agent, and mortgage agency so that I got the best financial benefit that I could get. She was professional, not pushy, but firm with my best interest.

I only have THE BEST things to say about Dane. She helped me purchase my first home in Denver in 2015 and then helped me sell it a few years later. I purchased my condo during a very hectic buying time in the Denver market — I was on a budget, but Dane treated me like a million dollar client. She took me around to places the minute they went on the MLS and after we’d finish, she would take me out to lunch and we would go over each place we saw, ranking them and going through the pros and cons of each. I’ll never forget we walked into an apartment and it smelled awful, but the location was great and the apt was what I was looking for… when we left, Dane took me to Home Depot and talked me through what I would need to do to get the smell out and showed me some tips if I were to do a small renovation on the place— she truly went above and beyond for me! I ended up purchasing a different condo — it was perfect… in my price range, the location and size I was looking for, and I have Dane to thank bc it was through her skills and connections that I was able to find this home. 3 years later when I was ready to move into a bigger home with my significant other, Dane was there to help me sell my condo. She made the selling process super easy — she reviewed everything with me to make sure I understood and really held my hand through both the buying and selling process. She sold the condo in less than two weeks. I’ve used a couple of realtors since Dane as she was traveling at the time, and no one even comes close to her professionalism and service. I would highly recommend Dane—I truly cannot express just how amazing she is!!
