From beginning to end (and beyond) she has proven to be an excellent agent. She met us at several houses and went out of her way on more than a dozen occasions to find us a house we both agreed on. Her connections proved useful in the offer, which was accepted below the asking price, the inspection, which was very thorough, and in the lending process. If there was even a shred of a concern she immediately addressed it with the seller and investigated it thoroughly. She was very patient with these first-time buyers who were nearly clueless in how to purchase a home and what to look for. She's also one of the most kindest people you'll come across.
