Craig was also our lending agent, which made the process very seamless and was extremely helpful with that side as well.

He has great knowledge of the Colorado market and prices to help me figure out if a place was overpriced or underpriced. He helped me come up with a competitive bid and explained everything before he submitted it. Helped me find a loan officer and helped answer any questions and was there when I needed him through close and even while I have been living in my new place. Highly recommend!!!!
