Craig was always available when we needed something from him. He gave honest feedback on our questions and concerns. He let us make the decisions and didn't try to push us in any way or another. Craig was also our lending agent, which made the process very seamless and was extremely helpful with that side as well.

He set me up with a reality app to start searching and getting a sense for what's in my budget. I gave him a few needs and specifications I was looking for and started receiving curated email with properties I would be interested in. He reached out to me to help set up the tours. He has great knowledge of the Colorado market and prices to help me figure out if a place was overpriced or underpriced. He helped me come up with a competitive bid and explained everything before he submitted it. Helped me find a loan officer and helped answer any questions and was there when I needed him through close and even while I have been living in my new place. Highly recommend!!!!
Craig was outstanding with his patience, advice, and encouragement during the sale of my home. A contract was offered not a few hours after the listing hit the web and that contract was signed within 24 hours of the listing. Very professional. Excellent photography and presentation. Let's just start with: Craig is AWESOME!!!!! Craig was one of two realtors I called from 'for sale' signs in the neighborhood. The other realtor didn't even know his own property, his seller should fire him...SUCKS TO BE HIM...because Craig DID call me back & within 30 minutes or less. We took one step at a time and he respected my request to 'not bother me'. I just wanted access to MLS and we'll see how it goes. He never once bothered me or pressured me. But when I did contact him he was always prompt to get back with me. He made the experience fun, relaxing, comfortable. And within just a couple weeks we were under contract with the help from Craig.
