Born and raised in Annapolis, Cooper combines a lifelong connection to the area with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. With years of hands-on experience assisting with open houses, property staging, and social media marketing, he developed a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
A graduate of McDaniel College, Cooper earned a degree in Marketing, specializing in Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Social Media Design. His strategic marketing approach is informed by both cutting-edge studies and real-world experience. A background as a Manufacturers’ Sales Development Representative in the power industry honed his skills in building relationships and navigating complex negotiations—a valuable asset for his real estate clients.
Beyond his professional expertise, Cooper brings a unique perspective from his time as a collegiate lacrosse player. Recognized with the 2023 All-Sportsmanship Team Award and the Academic All-District American Team Award, he exemplifies teamwork, determination, and integrity. He has also coached AYLA youth lacrosse, mentoring the next generation of athletes. With additional experience in hospitality, Cooper knows how to connect with people from all walks of life. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time in Bethany Beach.
