Connie lowered her fee so I would make around what I wanted for my retirement. She hosted open houses which my last agent would not do. I recommend her 100% for her care of what I wanted.

I live in Michigan and when I inherited my Mother and Stepfather’s home in New Port Richey Florida, I didn’t know where to begin. Thanks to a neighbor’s recommendation, I contacted Connie Lucco. She instantly made me feel at ease with her knowledge of the area, comps and step by step explanation. She told me exactly what she was going to do and what I needed to do, but she went over and above that. Her and her family fixed minor repairs, trimmed hedges and trees, installed appliances, removed furniture from the house and did a final thorough cleaning. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with handling the paperwork remotely. Very professional! I cannot recommend her enough!
