I live in Michigan and when I inherited my Mother and Stepfather’s home in New Port Richey Florida, I didn’t know where to begin. Thanks to a neighbor’s recommendation, I contacted Connie Lucco. She instantly made me feel at ease with her knowledge of the area, comps and step by step explanation. She told me exactly what she was going to do and what I needed to do, but she went over and above that. Her and her family fixed minor repairs, trimmed hedges and trees, installed appliances, removed furniture from the house and did a final thorough cleaning. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with handling the paperwork remotely. Very professional! I cannot recommend her enough!

Connie is amazing! Her knowledge and exerpertice make selling a pleasant experience. She is on every little detail from start to finish to make it happen. I have had the pleasure of working with her both as a buyer and seller and I wouldn't think of using anyone else because I know she'll get the job done fairly and efficiently. Her hubby is pretty helpful too!

Connie is extremely knowledgeable in the Florida real estate market. She supported me in every step of the entire transaction from making an offer, to inspections, to contacts with the Title Company, Attorney, Insurance agent, Utilities, Association Rules, and making sure the property met all Codes and Insurance requirements. She helped make the transaction happen and guided me the whole way. I think she goes out of her way for both the seller and buyer to achieve a satisfactory agreement between parties. If and when I ever need a FL realtor again, Connie will be my first choice. I trust her explicably!
