Wow!!! Carolina Colleen really hit the mark helping us. We took a chance on her since she was referred by someone we know. We were looking to move from the Orlando, FL area to Leland, NC area near Wilmington. We were able to buy sight unseen with her competent help... she walked us through a showing with Facetime. She found out what we wanted and was able to steer us into just what we wanted. She even pointed out a few things we couldn't see on facetime that might have been problematic. She was honest and forthcoming, answering all questions and gave honest opinions when we asked. We soon gained a trust in her and her professional knowledge. We bought the first one she found. She put us in touch with a team very competent financial and legal folks to make it happen. We were on a tight time schedule. They made it happen. We moved in and were delighted with the results. If I mention anxiety, apprehension and fright about committing money on something we had not seen... it would have been a gross understatement.
