He did not try to sell me just any property to make the sale, in fact when I sent him properties he would say " I don't think that is the right fit for you, or I don't like this area for you" Even after the sale closed, he kept checking in on me to see what I needed to make my move easier. It had been a wonderful experience working with Cline selling my property at 905 Millstream Court. His knowledge and feel of the market are quite remarkable showing his expertise and professionalism. He was quite to the point as far as communicating to me things and ideas to make the property saleable at the market we were in at the moment.
