We all know when you start looking at houses, even on-line you get added to every realtors email list and phone list. Cline's approach is much more subtle, showing true interest and concern in finding your dream home. This process went so quickly for us, one minute "we're just looking" and a few weeks later we get an email from Cline saying, "I think I found your dream house on the marsh". He was right!
