When the buyer’s agent tried to lower the appraisal through some shady and unprofessional tactics, Claude didn’t just roll over. He pushed back, challenged the appraisal, and fought to get it corrected to reflect the true value of our home. Because of his determination, we were able to recover $35,000 that would’ve been lost if we had just accepted the original appraisal. My experience with Claude was wonderful. He was always there for assistance before, during and after purchasing my home.
