About Chris Haynes Homes have always been at the center of my life. With a lifelong passion for real estate and years of hands-on experience working in and around homes, my mission is to guide clients with honesty, dedication, and personalized service as they achieve their real estate goals. Born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, I've proudly called this state home my entire life. Growing up with my parents and three younger sisters taught me the importance of hard work, accountability, and treating people with respect—values that continue to shape both my life and my business today. After graduating high school in 2010, I built my career in the construction industry, specializing in roofing, gutters, and exterior remodeling. Those years gave me an in-depth understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and protected. They also taught me the value of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. In 2019, I earned my real estate license with a clear purpose. I wanted to combine my construction experience with my passion for helping people make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives. After years of physically demanding work, real estate offered an opportunity to build relationships instead of just homes while continuing to put my knowledge to work for others. Today, I'm proud to serve clients with Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists throughout the Twin Cities metro area and communities within a 50-mile radius. My background allows me to offer buyers a perspective that goes beyond the typical real estate transaction. While a professional home inspection is always essential, I enjoy helping clients better understand a home's exterior systems, recognize maintenance considerations, and ask the right questions throughout the buying process. I have a special passion for working with first-time homebuyers and those building new construction homes. Purchasing a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers, and I believe education is one of the greatest services I can provide. My goal is to simplify the process, answer every question honestly, and help my clients move forward with confidence. Everything I do is guided by three core values: honesty, integrity, and communication. I believe in providing straightforward advice, keeping clients informed every step of the way, and always putting their best interests first. For me, success isn't measured by the number of transactions I close—it's measured by the trust I earn and the lasting relationships I build. Outside of real estate, I enjoy pursuing interests that challenge me to keep learning and growing. In my early twenties, I played lead guitar in a band, an experience that taught me creativity, discipline, and the importance of teamwork. Today, one of my biggest personal goals is earning my pilot's license—a dream that reflects my belief that growth comes from continually pushing yourself to reach new heights. Whether you're buying your first home, building new construction, selling your current property, or simply looking for trusted guidance, I'm committed to making your experience as smooth and rewarding as possible. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the experience working with Chris. He made the home buying process seamless. He has a very calm and unassuming demeanor. Don't let fool you. He knows his stuff when it comes to the home buying process. He is great with technology and keeping you informed of any updates. He is reliable and was available anytime I had a question. I would recommend you give him a call whether your buying or selling a home.
