Chris helped our family through the HPAP process
Chris helped our family through the HPAP process. As first time home buyers we asked a lot of him and required a lot of his time. He was always very understanding and would do pretty much anything we asked of him. We were very demanding all along the process but never once did he lose patience with us. Chris was creative in finding a way to get us into the home that had all of our must haves. He will do anything (within his power) to get a deal done! Please choose him as your agent if you don't want to deal with a typical snooty DC agent but someone who is down to earth and ready to get past every hurdle the HPAP process brings along. Without him I don't think our family would now be living in a home better than what we hoped for!
