Chris quickly narrowed the types of neighborhoods & properties in which we were interested and quickly narrowed it. What was very helpful, he pointed out "flaws" in properties, such as what was on the other side of the wall. In one case a property we had expressed an interest in had to be back filled because the lake had been eroding the shore line and undermining the foundation of several houses in a row. If you need an agent to help you find a house, you won't find a more agent who will get the job done quickly.
