Hello, my name is Chris Brown and although I am originally from Buffalo, New York, my family moved to the Tampa Bay area when I was young. I had a blast in my high school years at Lakewood Senior High in St. Petersburg, and decided the Tampa Bay area was where I wanted to not just settle down in and call home, but make an impact on others lives. While attending Hillsdale College in Michigan, my accomplishments in the areas of Business, Marketing, and Math were equally matched with my exceptional athletic ability in both football and track. Upon graduation, armed with knowledge, solid work ethics, and determination, I was ready to prompt change and make a difference in the community where I was raised. My quest began during my tenure as a Healthcare Management and Human Resource professional followed by my achievement in ventures which span real estate, brand marketing, and event promotions. The desire to become an influential leader in this community and make an impact on the lives of others has been displayed in both my business as well as my community involvement in which I have held positions as a mentor within the Pinellas County School District, Career Center Director for the Urban League, VP for the PCUL Young Professionals, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., National Pan Hellenic Council, Marketing Chair for the Tampa Bay Heritage Festival, the NAACP, and Marketing Vice Chair for Emerge Tampa Bay to name a few. My talents and flair for leadership has solidified my place among an elite group of cutting edge entrepreneurs. My road to real estate began in 2004 when I started working as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and Property Manager which lead to work in Wholesaling, Bank Owned/ REO Properties, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Residential Rehabs, New Construction, and Real Estate Investing which gives me the confidence, knowledge, and skill sets to provide superior guidance in any Real Estate Transaction.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris...

I cannot say enough great things about Chris!! He was extremely professional and kind, he walked us through every step and was always responsive. He made us aware of any potential delays and since we were out of state during the time our home was being built, he would constantly take videos and send them to us to help keep us up to date on the progress. If we had questions and he did not have the answers he always made sure to find out the answers for us. Chris was very open and honest with us from beginning to end, and I honestly do not know how we would have managed building our new home if it was not for Chris being our eyes while we were out of state. He's awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a honest hardworking realtor!!

Mr. Brown is a cordial and competent agent. He was always informative, taking the time to ensure I had the necessary information (as well as a frame of reference in many cases) to make the best decisions possible. My first house (as usual in some cases) was a no-go (per my decision) and though he spent many hours showing up for inspections and what not... he remained supportive of my decisions and continued to talk/lead me through other options. This landed me, as a veteran, in a much better situation to use my VA loan during this low interest rate (and COVID-19) period. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

We just closed on our home. Chris answered all our questions, and was there every step of the way. he is very knowledgeable with contracts. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Chris is amazing.
