WOW! Cheri Wieland and the Wieland Team!! First, let me say "Thank You" Cheri for all of our tenacious work regarding our property we listed with you and your team! We listed a home before it was ready to be Sold (still working on an Estate Sale), while Cheri and her team started Booking showings. Cheri or a team member kept us up to date by email or phone text often. Soon we had offers to consider. Our house Sold with a 45 day escrow. Yay! It was a normal escrow with items needed to fix the house, like tenting. Just before tenting, we learned that the buyers needed out of the signed agreement. We agreed and put the house back on the market. Cheri and her team booked more showings and another offer came through. Long story short, she Sold it a second time and somehow still closed escrow within the original timeframe of 45 days! She either had a team member or a contractor get everything we needed done well within our expectations! I'm a business owner and my expectations are high. She and her team exceeded ALL expectations! Great Job! Oh and did I mention the Wieland team did all of that during COVID-19. I've not met Cheri in person because I'm from out of town, but you can not ask for better support every step of the way!
