Cheri Gibson

When I was first introduced to Cheri I knew she was gonna be the best agent ever. She was very interested in all my “WOWS” of a condo. She took every nook and cranny down and started searching for my dream. My request was very precise and even hard to find but Cheri did not give up. She communicated with me very frequently. You must know I’m from WV so it was a little hard with the long distance. She suggested I make an appointment to come down and she’d set up some showings of my likings. As I was traveling south I get a call that there was a condo that was a match for my likings. We were back and forth most of the way to North Carolina. Cheri said if I was interested just an inkling I should make an offer. So long story short, I made an offer and as I was eating dinner that same day Cheri called and said they accepted my offer. That was definitely a WOW moment. Cheri is very knowledgeable, precise and gets you what you want. Thank you ever so much for helping this ole country girl get her dream condo near the beach.
