Chad Eldridge

Chad goes above and beyond, whether selling or buying! Any questions you have, if he doesn’t know the answer, he will get the answer! He is a go getter, and a very reliable agent! I highly recommend if you want the best experience!

Chad represented my 87 year old mother on the negotiation and purchase of a new condo these past few months. From working with the builder, and riding herd on the mortgage and management companies, Chad kept her informed and aware of where the purchase stood at all times. He went above and beyond to push the right buttons to get her closed and moved in when others failed to do their part. We cannot thank him enough.

Working with Chad was a great experience for me, especially with the tight housing market for buyers at this time. He was very patient, professional and quick to schedule showings along with necessary communication for following up with me after viewings. Chad looked after my best interest. He guided and educated me with the home buying process, along with notifying me about potential pitfalls that might arise. There was never any miscommunication, or waiting for an answer from him. He worked for me and negotiated terms that were fair and protected me as a buyer. Chad is a true professional, and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
