Looked for at least a year and in several areas before finding my home. When I started looking, I traveled a lot for work and Chad offered to meet my family members at houses if I saw something and couldn't be there and never made me feel pushed into a home. As a first time home buyer, I was thankful that while we were going through houses he would point out certain things that may be red flags, areas of concern, or things to be aware of. It was nice feel like someone had my best interest in mind instead of his. He walked me through everything and answered my thousands of questions (thank you for never making me feel ignorant) and gave me peace of mind at every step. He even managed to get me a better price than what was listed even though it seemed like everything else was selling for over asking.
Not to be corny but seriously, you need a Chad to help you. It wasn't even that we got the house under contract but what happened afterwards! Did the inspection and found a MAJOR issue with the home and Chad was able to save us $10,000 even after we told him we'd be happy and settle for $5000! So glad we listened and so glad he was representing us. Never once did we feel like he wasn't working to put us in the best position, always returned our calls in a timely manner, always made us feel at ease and like we were his most important people he was working with!
