Their guidance helped me confidently choose and navigate the stronger offer, even though it involved a more complicated path to closing, and they arranged an international closing so I could complete the sale from abroad. Throughout the process, I felt that the property was being actively looked after rather than simply listed for sale. Their knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever needed made what could have been a very difficult long-distance sale remarkably manageable.
