I was selling my house and just had an FHA deal fall through at the last second for reasons defying logic. After that I was determined not to accept another FHA offer. Somehow Jeremiah talked me into it and seemed to actually know what he was talking about, despite my skepticism. He was right, he made the deal happen. He even got it done a day early and I was already skeptical he could get it done, let alone that quickly (I worked with home loans myself). The whole process was the exact opposite of the previous deal, it was smooth sailing the whole way, despite expecting a few issues since the house was so old. But no, everything was easy. I could go on and on but the fact is that these two are incredibly good at their job. Hire them, tell your friends about them.
