I LOVE Maryland. I've been living here for over 50 years and I am a witness to the many changes that have happened in here. I live in Montgomery County, and I am thrilled to have been able to see how time has changed (and not changed) so many things. My parents, brother (and his family) live here also. I have been married since 1992, and have 2 amazing kids that are growing up and going to school in this community. Ever since I started working, it has been in some form of sales, contracting and customer service . Real estate came to me at a time that was a perfect fit. As a full time realtor, I love what I do. Providing "5-star service" and making the experience of seller or buying as stress-less (or painless) as possible, for all those involved. As a buyer or seller, real estate is incredible stressful. Best of the Best!

I am 69 years old and I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime and I have never experienced such superior service from a realtor. Carolyn knows her trade better than anyone. From my first conversation with Carolyn she instilled confidence in her level of knowledge, experience and competence. She took charge of the entire process. She made all the arrangements for repairs, cleaning, inspections, appliance and HVAC tune-ups, home warranty and so many other important details. For me that type of hands-on, no nonsense, take-charge service was essential because the condo I was selling was in another state, 9 hours from where I live. Carolyn knows everyone and who and how to get things done. Very well connected. Very knowledgeable about the rules, regulations, and procedures of selling real estate in Maryland. If I could give Carolyn more than 5 stars I would. Do not hesitate to hire Carolyn Simpkins to be your realtor. She will take care of EVERYTHING and do it impeccably.

Excellent Agent

Carolyn is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate in Montgomery County. She is very easy to work with and made the stress of selling my condo as comfortable as possible. She was also my agent for buying my current home; since I was pleased with her work for buying, I continued with her for selling.
