She was easily assessable, provided insight on locations (Sarasota, Clearwater and St Pete), and made the overall experience enjoyable and informative. She did not push us in any direction, but provided us with the knowledge and resources to make an informed purchasing decision. A rating of 5 stars isn’t high enough for Caroline. Well over a year and half from purchase, we began our relationship. She wasn’t pushy, yet always ready to respond and assist when we needed assistance. Our search involved choices that were 2 hours apart, but she always made it happen. It’s a telling testament to her character that we now call her friend and are involved in each others lives.

We had the pleasure of working with Caroline over the past 6 months. Our search for a home started in Bradenton, Sarasota and finally with our new home in Naples. We were a challenging home buyer to work with. Caroline was patient, accommodating and extremely helpful. We would strongly recommend Caroline and her team to any prospective home buyers or sellers.
