Carol is an exceptional professional and the best real estate agent I have used in the last 30 years of buying and selling homes. She's extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and puts in the time and effort to find the right property to meet our needs, and she went above and beyond in advising us and getting the house sold at top dollar. I contacted Carol this spring after returning to evaluate properties in her market, she helped us 2 years ago with evaluating another area and she remembered our likes/dislikes. We filled out an online inquiry to look at a home listed on Realtor.com to use as a secondary vacation home. Carol reached out that day and quickly had us scheduled to view the home. We have worked with many realtors before and were impressed right away with Carol’s knowledge of the market and the area. In addition to the home inspection, Carol recommended a septic inspection. So glad we took her advice since some major issues were discovered. Carol saved us significant money by adding inspection contingencies to our Agreement of Sale and all issues were remedied prior to our settlement. Carol made us feel that our getting to settlement was her top priority and she was always responsive to our calls or emails in a very timely manner. Carol helped negotiate with the Seller many times, attended inspections when we were unable to get there, and did everything to assure a smooth settlement. Carol is reliable, knowledgeable and has the respect of the contractors and other real estate professionals she works with. It was a pleasure working with Carol and we would strongly recommend her.

Her comittment to her clients are second to none, there were weekends where the weather was less than ideal and she would still come out to show us homes that we liked within a short amount of time from when we would send her listings we liked, she would also use that to further understand our likes and dislikes and suggest other properties we could see that would tick those boxes as well.
