It was my lucky day when Carol was recommended to me by my lawyer. I called her & she promptly arrived to evaluate my cousin's home in Denver. She spent over an hour evaluating the home & yard with enthusiasm. I felt confident & relieved that she would provide this valuable service, as I live out of state. Upon evaluation of the home, she contacted a plumber to spruce up the bathroom, which was in abysmal condition. He arrived a few days later and the bathroom looked amazing! The sale took place between Carfax in Maryland & Carfax in Denver. This required several hours of her time & is definitely not the responsibility of a real estate agent. Carol had the locks changed & arranged to have the remaining contents of the home removed after the estate sale. She then had the home cleaned & placed on the market. She was such a wonderful help and called multiple times to provide updates. I could not have done this without her. She went above & beyond what any other real estate agent would have done & never made me feel like a burden because I live out of state.
