It was my lucky day when Carol was recommended to me by my lawyer. I called her & she promptly arrived to evaluate my cousin's home in Denver. She spent over an hour evaluating the home & yard with enthusiasm. I felt confident & relieved that she would provide this valuable service, as I live out of state. Upon evaluation of the home, she contacted a plumber to spruce up the bathroom, which was in abysmal condition. He arrived a few days later and the bathroom looked amazing! Carol also referred me to an estate sale agent, who also arrived promptly and was optimistic about the ability to sell the home's contents. She also arranged to have the roof replaced. The sale took place between Carfax in Maryland & Carfax in Denver. This required several hours of her time & is definitely not the responsibility of a real estate agent. Carol had the locks changed & arranged to have the remaining contents of the home removed after the estate sale. She then had the home cleaned & placed on the market. She was such a wonderful help and called multiple times to provide updates. I could not have done this without her. She went above & beyond what any other real estate agent would have done & never made me feel like a burden because I live out of state.

I hit the jackpot when she was referred to me. She went way over and above what is required of an agent. I was the PR for my cousin's estate in Denver. During a visit there, I called Carol who promptly arrived and spent at least an hour evaluating its possibilities. Carol is very warm & personable; I knew I had found a good match. She also referred me to an estate sale agent, who also came by the home within a few days. He spent close to an hour assessing the home. I felt confident in both of their abilities to partner with me in this endeavor, as I live out of state. That was just the beginning! She went over the sale contract very thoroughly. In previous sales, the agents were sorely lacking in this task as I recognize now. I also needed to sell a car. Carol, who has an extensive list of contacts for every possible need, was referred to Carmax. She drove the car to the dealer while I was with Carmax in another state to handle the transaction. She spent hours there, which she certainly was not required to do as a real estate agent. I was quite grateful! Speaking of contacts - she arranged for a plumber, who did an excellent job. She arranged for a team to clear out the house. After the contract was signed for the sale of the house, an inspection revealed the need for a new roof. Yes, Carol had a contact who replaced the roof in the following week and did not required payment until closing! What a gem! Carol was in close contact with the lawyers handling my cousin's estate.
