I was in the market for a "permanent address" so I wasn't looking for my dream home, just a clean, turn key unit. Carmen sized up my needs immediately and showed me the appropriate units. She also made suggestions that might work for me that I had not thought of. Her knowledge of the community is second to none. Carmen is a wonderful realtor. She was our agent when I was searching for a condo for my father. She never rushed us into a sale and was diligent in searching for pocket listings and deals. Through her tenacity, she found us a great fixer upper at a fantastic price. During the escrow period, she was always staying on top of escrow and the HOA to get the various things done that needed to get done.
