I have had the pleasure of working with Carmen for close to 10 years. She found my tenants for me over that time. Additionally, she gave great advice regarding maintaining and improving the unit. Carmen kept checking the pulse of Laguna Woods, ever watchful for any policy or procedural changes that could impact me as a landlord. Most recently, Carmen worked to sell my unit. She always kept me in the loop and wanted to make sure she understood how I wanted to move forward. While she is incredibly informed, she always made sure that I was aware of the consequences and opportunities that arose from my decisions. She was willing to go the extra mile on many occasions.
