Luis and Cal were outstanding and considering we were buying from South Carolina presented as it presented a few challenges. They were eager to learn our desires in a property and help us narrow down the properties available in the area we were looking to live. After our first trip to Florida and 6 properties later, Luis was able to narrow in on our likes and knew exactly what we were looking for. The one property we were interested in had been pulled off the market to rent but he contacted the agent and let him know we were serious. Luis stayed on top as we still were searching listings and 2 weeeks later he contacted us and it was on the market. We again went to Florida and looked at the property and the rest is history. Linda and I highly recommend the Browns for any property needs they are through and leave no stone unturned. It's hard enough to plan a move from out of state and finding a property to call home. We are so fortunate that our friend referred us to Luis and Cal Brown. We found a new community in Florida called Reverie. Since we were moving from Virginia Beach, we needed someone familiar with the St Augustine FL area and Reverie. Fortunately for us, Luis and Cal gave us plenty of lead time on the building phases for the community. Specifically the Edison model that we had our sights set on. We purchased one of the very last available Edisons on the water just before an 18 month building break. Without Luis and Cal, we would not have had the information necessary to make an informed decision to purchase our new home. They worked closely with the listing agent who was familiar with the community and knew the building phases and schedule. Additionally, before we moved to the area Luis and Cal represented us during the (very detailed) remote walk through just prior to closing. They went over and above and took delivery of our new refrigerator before we made the physical move to Florida. We are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them.

My husband and I met Cal Brown 5 years ago when we were looking for a rental in the community of Marsh Creek. Cal is someone you simply like upon meeting. Professional, friendly, and you know she cares. She did a wonderful job of finding us the perfect rental where we spent one year. When the year was up we wanted to purchase a home in the community and we knew we would only employ Cal as our realtor. We found 813 Kalli Creek Lane and the sale went smoothly. After the sale there were things Cal did as little thank yous that were above and beyond the expectations of a realtor. Cal is more like a friend. 4 years later we made the difficult decision to move back to our home state and again, we knew we would call Cal to handle the sale of our home.
