We are so fortunate that our friend referred us to Luis and Cal Brown. We found a new community in Florida called Reverie. Since we were moving from Virginia Beach, we needed someone familiar with the St Augustine FL area and Reverie. Fortunately for us, Luis and Cal gave us plenty of lead time on the building phases for the community. Specifically the Edison model that we had our sights set on. We purchased one of the very last available Edisons on the water just before an 18 month building break. Without Luis and Cal, we would not have had the information necessary to make an informed decision to purchase our new home. Additionally, before we moved to the area Luis and Cal represented us during the (very detailed) remote walk through just prior to closing.
