We found Caitlin while considering building a new house. After she found us multiple off market lots, we eventually switched to buying an existing property with Caitlin as our buyer rep. After closing, we listed our old home for both sale and rent with Caitlin. We got several above offer sale prices on a house we had already priced aggressively above market so was pleasantly surprised. When the buyer threatened to default on the purchase, Caitlin and team gave great advice, applied the right leverage to the buyer and got them to the closing table without changing a single clause of the offer. It wasn’t a straight forward process so glad we had Caitlin’s advice to help guide. Highly recommend (and do recommend with a friend utilizing her as well)!

Caitlin was amazing to work with for both buying and selling our house. She has incredible knowledge of, and connections in, the Arlington market and invests time and energy to get the best for her clients - making you feel like you’re her only client! She also has a great eye for design. After we bought our house, she helped us with some design upgrades and connected us with incredible contractors to do the work. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon but Caitlin will be the first person we call!
