Faith, family and community have always been at the heart of our journey. Together, we're dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership while making meaningful connections and positive impacts in the lives we touch.
Bryan: I transitioned to real estate in 2003 in an effort to align my work with my passion for helping people. Armed with a finance degree from St. Cloud State and an MBA from Bethel University, I initially managed investments but soon realized I preferred helping people directly with their homes and futures. The excitement and significance of buying a home, often the biggest asset people will ever own, drew me to this field. I found immense satisfaction in forming connections with clients and helping bring their dreams to life.
The 2008 market crash was a pivotal moment in my career. I assisted a client with a short sale, impressing a local bank's asset manager with my ethical approach. They brought me on to help manage their portfolios. My financial expertise was invaluable during this time, allowing me to navigate complex transactions and offer sound advice to clients and financial institutions. Making it through this period gave me the skills to handle anything in real estate.
Over the past decade at RE/MAX, I've consistently ranked in the top five in sales and volume, earned the Agent of the Year title, and been the highest unit seller. Additionally, I am the top Ramsey Trusted Agent in Minnesota, helping people make smart real estate decisions.
My career has transformed my life and given me the flexibility to balance work with family life. My wife Erika and I have two children, Sam and Kate. Erika has been incredibly supportive as I have worked to build my real estate business. And now, we are starting a new chapter together as business partners.
