They are 100% on your side whether you are a seller, a buyer, or on the receiving end for an adoption. My family has used their services for all three. Some more then once. We highly recommend.

First things first - Home4Good gave us an amazing first time home buying experience. Brooke and Jason took their time to understand our own housing needs and wants (and helped us stick to what we had determined a “need” and what was a “want”). They patiently showed us houses in the area - both the ones we were convinced we’d love (because, you know, we looked online first and did our own research) AND houses we would have never seen if it weren’t for their meticulous research. In fact, the home we purchased was not one on our list, but instead was an alternative home in our desired neighborhood, and it was cheaper, too! So, Brooke and Jason showed up for the “Home” part of “Home4Good”. But where they really blew us away was with the “4Good” part. You see, instead of taking the maximum sales commission, the Home4Good team donates a portion back to charity, and at our direction. We chose to route those funds to a family finalizing an adoption. To know our home helped cover the legal fees to bring a child to his forever home, well that’s better than any house warming gift we could get!
We had a fantastic experience with Brooke and Jason. They started the buying process, not just by asking how many bedrooms we were looking for, but by asking what our hopes, dreams, and needs were in a house. Who would be living there? How could our circumstances potentially change as we lived there? What kinds of gatherings would we like to host? What kind of space do our children need for playing? What unique needs do we have? (Many houses won’t accommodate our musical instruments.) As we searched, they constantly referred us to our priorities and kept us from buying more than one house that was gorgeous and totally wrong for our family. When we got to the point of making an offer, they gave opinions from their wealth of experience, and their calm reassurance led us through the stress of escrow and into the joy of owning our forever home while also helping a family adopt! Only reason they had a 3 star rating for local knowledge is because we live quite outside of their local area, but I felt like they did their homework in getting a feel for the different neighborhoods in our area once we started looking around.
Brooke and Jason are the real deal. Great communication, and they work hard to get the job done. One open house, multiple offers, closed in less than a month. Not only are they great at the nuts and bolts of real estate, but they genuinely care. If you're buying or selling a home...look no further!
We have been so BLESSED to work with Brooke a few times now. She helped my husband and I purchase our first home ever together and sell it in our first weekend. All so that we could purchase our dream home in Huntington Beach. However, the process to get in to this home in Huntington was nothing short of interesting. Seriously, I think almost any hoop you could think of that we needed to jump through we did. Escrow started early October and ended in EARLY JANUARY. We had to work through a legal issue the seller was dealing with in regards to the title of the home, the paper work for the house being in an affordable housing area and getting through that, as well as a few other obstacles... and Brooke was everything we needed to keep our cool and get through Escrow. Her legal background calmed our nerves when we thought we may be losing the house and even when we questioned if we should even still go through with this. I could go on and on, but there are so many good reasons to go with Brooke outside of just how talented she is at what she does. She loves people and cares about your needs. And what they are doing through home4good to assist in adoption costs for people is so rad. All that to say, we love you Brooke and I am hoping we won't be moving anytime soon, but you have clients for life!!!
