We have purchased twice and sold twice with Brooke and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brooke is incredibly in touch with current market trends and has a knack for where things are headed. We trusted her knowledge and wisdom and were rewarded for doing so. Due to a wild market, we needed to get creative with selling one of our homes and Brooke came through with a solution that satisfied our hopes and needs. Although she had other clients while we were clients, we always felt like a top priority. We were able to get in touch quickly with questions or needs. We also appreciate that Brooke doesn’t just strive to find a home that checks your boxes as far as how many bedrooms, location, etc. but she cares about your values and long term dreams for a home. She desires for the space you purchase to truly be a home, not just a house. Likewise, she cares for a home you are selling as such. You feel like you are looking at homes with a friend as you chat after a walk through. I promise you’ll miss those walk throughs even after you find your dream home! Brooke is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, intuitive, honest and trustworthy. She also happens to be kind and caring too! We trust her and the Home4Good team immensely.
The best of the best! Brooke and Jason Miller with Home4Good are the absolute best of the best. This was our third home purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. They are not only incredibly knowledge and efficient in their work, they operate with the utmost integrity and compassion as they walked us through the process. They were able to help us find the home that met our needs and values that we had as a family. My favorite part of the work Brooke and Jason do is their commitment to serving families! Those in need of a physical house and those in need of a family to be their home. Though the sale of our previous house and the purchase, Brooke and Jason, donated a portion of their commission to support the financial costs of adoption for 2 families. Having been the recipient of a donation as we were building our family just a few years ago, I could think of nothing better than to be able to do the same for other families. Though we hope to stay in our new home for many... many years to come, should we every need to sell again, we would hands down contact them again!

I have known Brooke and Jason personally for at least 20 years. I can attest to their faith, their honest and helpful character, integrity, etc. They sold my home in Orange, California in August 2019 for top dollar in a very short listing. The added opportunity to direct some of their commission to the benefit of orphans or adoptions is a win-win for all involved, and a testimony to the love they share for all.

She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and did a wonderful job explaining each step of the way.
