This was our first experience with home buying and Brooke couldn't have made it easier. This is a tough and competitive market for buyers, and she spent five months with us until we finally closed on a home (after so many showings, letters, evening phone calls, and disappointments). She is one hundred percent supportive of your choices and works diligently to negotiate on your behalf. We never felt pressure to make a higher offer than we were willing just bc the seller asked for “best offers” or a higher amount.
