As a church, we had an extra parsonage, which was rented at a minimal rate. The Board of Trustees decided to sell the property, and use the monies for mission, ministry, and needed repairs at our campus. Brooke had done work for our family, so she took on the job of directing inspections, identifying needed repairs, cleaning, and getting the site ready to sell. The choice was made to sell "as is" as there was extensive renovation work to do and limited time to get it in prime condition for the optimum sales window in August and September. She advised to go with a "coming soon" approach, which initially brought some bids, but it was the cash offer, and a quick close that the Board approved that made this process ideal for our churches goals going forward.

Brooke and her team were patient, wise, strategic, intelligent, capable, and resourced. We did not have an easy time selling our house, so I cannot imagine how much worse it would’ve been with a different team. They were the perfect balance of compassionate and caring with savvy and professional. For such an intimate task as selling your home, I am so glad we hired a team that could do both. Everything was streamlined, they are so trustworthy, reliable and brilliantly competent. Truly the caring problem solving experts we all need to help with such an arduous task. They have it all, integrity, knowledge and care. Hire them!

I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and her team.
