Brooke and her team were incredibly informative, communicative, and transparent. From day one, Brooke was able to add value through all the various connections she had from home inspectors, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, plumbers, etc. We were continually updated during the process so that we knew what to expect and the status of all of the closing items. Her team was also incredibly responsive on any sort of question that we had and felt like they were engaged in all aspects of the transaction. During the negotiation and closing process, Brooke and her team were also transparent on communicating with the Seller and what to expect which made everything a lot easier on our end. When it came to evaluating the purchase price of our home, Brooke impressed me with her ability to speak to the surrounding comps and market (which made it easier on providing our offer and understanding the value received). We were able to also effectively navigate a 14-day escrow (with a soft closing 2 business days before) and think it was possible because of the effectiveness of Brooke and her team. I'd highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
