Our first interaction with Brooke was during a very difficult time for her and she was ready to head out of town for family reasons, but that did not stop her from spending as much time as necessary to introduce herself, her team and her services. She provided all the information needed and thoroughly answered all our questions. She then followed up the next day on every item she had committed to. That is when we knew that she, and her associate Beth, would be the right agents for us. Our interactions with them over the next six weeks completely validated our decision.
