Our first interaction with Brooke was during a very difficult time for her and she was ready to head out of town for family reasons, but that did not stop her from spending as much time as necessary to introduce herself, her team and her services. She provided all the information needed and thoroughly answered all our questions. She then followed up the next day on every item she had committed to. That is when we knew that she, and her associate Beth, would be the right agents for us. Our interactions with them over the next six weeks completely validated our decision. Brooke and Beth are extremely professional and did an amazing job in keeping us informed regarding any and all matters regarding the sale of our condo. They did an excellent job in helping us decide between multiple offers and Brooke even called (on a Sunday evening) the loan officer of one of the buyers to validate that they would easily qualify for the loan. We had a couple of snags and delays in the process, but we never worried as we were expertly guided by Brooke and we knew we were in good hands.
